Privacy Policy
Last modified: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that Flashi ("Flashi," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit our website or use our services (collectively, the "Services"), how we use and share that information, the choices you have, and how to contact us. It applies only to the Services provided by Flashi and not to any third-party services or platforms. Flashi provides technology infrastructure only; our partners deliver their own payment and financial services under their own regulatory licenses and authorizations.
1. Information We Collect
In keeping with our commitment to protect your privacy, we limit the information we collect and store.
Transaction information
In the ordinary course of providing the Services, we process certain transaction information transiently and do not retain a copy. This may include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, on-chain activity, token types, network identifiers, device identifiers, and IP addresses. This information is directly managed and safeguarded by our respective third-party partners.
Contact information
When you join a waitlist, contact us, or request support, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your communications with us.
Identification information
Where identity verification is required (for example, business or customer due diligence, "KYB/KYC"), you may be asked for additional information such as business registration details, legal entity names, addresses, dates of birth, and government-issued identification. This information is collected, handled, and retained by our third-party verification partners under their own regulatory licenses, and is not retained by Flashi.
Automatically collected information
We and our service providers may automatically log information about the device you use to access the Services and your usage of them, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, the pages you view, access times, and referring URLs.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar local-storage technologies on your device to enhance performance. This storage generally contains only information relating to your preferences and session configuration.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including processing transactions;
- Conduct identity verification (KYB/KYC) where required;
- Analyze usage to understand, improve, and develop the Services;
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Services, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, or illegal activity; and
- Communicate with you and provide customer support.
3. How We Share Your Information
Blockchain transactions
When you use the Services to transact, you may share information with the other parties to that transaction, including transaction amounts, dates, currencies, and wallet information. Information recorded on public blockchains is accessible to anyone and cannot be changed or deleted.
Service providers
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf to help us operate the Services and our business — for example, hosting, identity verification, communications and email, professional advisors, and website analytics — under contractual restrictions.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information where we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flashi, our users, or others.
Business transfers
If Flashi is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify you as required by law.
No sale of personal information
Flashi does not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
5. Data Security
We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at legal@flashi.io. Please note that information handled by our verification partners is retained by them, not by Flashi.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the services you visit. Flashi does not currently respond to such signals.
7. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process and store your information in jurisdictions other than your own, which may have data-protection laws that differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or interoperate with third-party websites, applications, and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last modified" date above and post the updated policy on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
11. Contact Us
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, contact us at legal@flashi.io.
